On May 2, 2025, Midland Meadows Golf Club registered the following undertaking with the Department of the Environment and Local Government in accordance with Section 5(1) and Schedule “A” of the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulation: Midland Meadows Golf Club Expansion.
The expansion has been approved by the Kings Regional Service Commission and by Planning Review and Adjustment Committee (PRAC). The property ( PID 00185108 ) is an approved use for recreation facility.
The purpose of the proposed undertaking will consist of the construction of 6 additional golf holes with greens, teeing areas, mowing of fairways and constructing 2 irrigation ponds as well as cart pathways and foot/cart bridges. This project is located within the community of Valley Waters, approximately 19km southeast of Sussex.
